Hi, I’m Janelle Rosenberger, founder of So Coordinated and a licensed PA Realtor with over a decade of experience in the industry. Throughout my career, I’ve had the privilege of guiding buyers and sellers to their real estate goals while also serving as the transaction coordinator for top-performing teams and individual agents. Over time, I found myself drawn more and more to the behind-the-scenes work —helping agents stay organized, compliant, and focused on growing their business. That passion ultimately led me to pull away from personal sales and dedicate myself more fully to transaction coordination.

So Coordinated was born from my desire to provide agents with the professional support they need to streamline their transactions and free up time to do what they do best—secure more wins. I genuinely love the details, deadlines, and problem-solving that come with transaction coordination, but even more so, I love the relationships I build and the impact I can make in helping others succeed.

Outside of work, I’m a wife and a mom of two, which keeps life plenty full (and entertaining). I love spending time with my family (yes, even my in-laws!) and sneaking away for a girls’ day whenever I can. I enjoy staying active, embracing my competitive side, and soaking up the outdoors—but I also have a deep appreciation for a cozy night in with a great movie, a warm blanket, and the perfect snack.
